Upgraded IMS Bearing

We then address the infamous IMS and permanently correct it using our revolutionary ETERNAL IMS Bearing.

The IMS is machined for larger cylindrical roller bearing, (ETERNAL FIX). 
The IMS is then modified for front oil pressure feed to the IMS bearing (Patented)

Why do we use the ETERNAL FIX with Cylindrical Bearings with Thrust Control?

Cylindrical Bearings have very high load bearing capacity, 5 times more than Ball Bearing. Cylindrical Bearings are used in, High Temp & Low Viscosity Lubrication such as Automatic Transmissions. They can carry extreme lateral pressure without wear to the friction surfaces. This is because the bearing friction surface is flat and not concave.

 

ADDITIONAL REAR MAIN #8 BEARING SEAL AND HOUSING

Our team of technicians has developed a Rear Main Seal that corrects the notorious rear main oil leaks on the m96 and m97 engines. It has been developed to solve the twisting of the last journal of the crank shaft, reducing engine vibration and extending engine life. Prevent engine failure, by replacing your factory rear main seal with our upgraded rear main bearing seal and housing.
