RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS
All merchandise is in good condition when leaving European Parts Solution. If a part is lost or broken in transit, it is the receiver's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. Do not return the part to us. First notify the carrier and file a damage report and receive a claim number. If you return a damaged part without a claim number, the carrier may not cover the loss. All items by us are insured for their full value. If you are unsure how to proceed with a claim, contact one of our customer service representatives. A claim for a broken or missing part must be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the merchandise.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Europeanpartssolution.com reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 20% on returned parts.
European Parts Solution will retain the 3% credit card charge fee for any order that has been cancelled by the customer after the day of the charge.
If you should need to return an item, please send the parts back to Europeanpartssolution.com with a copy of your original invoice. Please package the parts properly to avoid damage while in transit. Our return address is as follows:

Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS, ELECTRICAL, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.
New products carry a minimum of 1 Year warranty.
Europeanpartssolution.com will not be responsible or liable for labor, damage incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the products.
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of any price increase before shipping your order. European Parts Solution reserves the right to correct any typographical error.
If a customer places an order and then cancels it after the credit card has been charged, a fee of 3% of the total charge will be deducted from the refund.
NEW INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Because of increased internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a credit card authorization filled out in its entirety from you. This will be faxed to you after your order is submitted.
All orders placed with Europeanpartssolution.com are in United States Dollars (USD). Please consult with your bank for up to date exchange rates.
